……and there is water. On the above date and in brief moments, The District Chief Executive commissioned the Biakoye District Assembly sponsored borehole pipe situated in Battorline, Abotoase. Ably aided by the Adonten of the Tapa Traditional Council, Nana Osuakumanin Baffour III, the immediate past and present Assembly members respectively, she asked the operators and the beneficiaries to take good care of the project as portable water is life.
Her thanks goes to the former Assemblyman for the Tapa Aboabo area, Hon. David Kotoka for his actions that got the borehole mechanized, a big capacity Polytank erected, and ECG meter fixed last year. Her thanks goes to the current Assemblyman, Hon. Theophilus Otumfour for seeking to make the borehole operational.
Present also were the Navy Commander, Mr. Aliwu ibrahim, Eunice Acheampong, Daamenyo, Collins Achina, Darlinton Miletso, Vivian Fosua, Sam Owusu-Acheampong, some market women and members of the community.
