The Assembly on Monday the 10th of August 2026 held a disbursement ceremony to support beneficiaries under its various development and empowerment initiatives.
The ceremony brought together Assembly officials, beneficiaries, community leaders and other stakeholders. The disbursement is aimed at providing beneficiaries with the necessary financial support and resources to improve their livelihoods, strengthen their businesses and contribute to the socio-economic development of the community.
106 Beneficiaries in total benefited from the disbursements made.
54 Males and 52 Females benefited.
The items distributed are; CASH Supports, Three Cassava Milling Machines, Two Fufu Pounding Machine, Two Fridges and Seven Deep Freezers
Speaking at the ceremony, the Assembly emphasized the importance of using the funds for their intended purposes and encouraged beneficiaries to make good use of the support to achieve sustainable results.
The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to promoting inclusive development and creating opportunities that will improve the well-being of residents.
