Commission on Human Right and Administrative Justice(CHRAJ) of Biakoye District had the opportunity to brainstorm with staff of Ofeidie Clinic on “Conflict Management in the Work Place for efficient public service delivering”
We discussed what conflict is, the causes, stages, effects , techniques in conflict management and the need to institute conflict management at the management level of the facility to curb the adverse effects of conflict in the delivering of quality health to the populace. It was a success.
