The DCE this morning at 8 am, donated twenty-four (24) Streetlight Bulbs with their accessories to Tapaman Senior High Technical School (TAPSTECH) to be fixed on their campus. This donation to the school became necessary as a result of an appeal by the headmaster of the school, Mr. Alanja to lighten the dark areas of the school.
Addressing the staff and students of the school, she emphasized on the fact that this donation of streetlight will enhance teaching and learning and also the security of the school.
As usual of her, the DCE entreated the student body of the school that, they must make it a point to leave the school as graduates and that by no means should they truncate their education. She also charged the boys to stay away from peer pressure, illicit drugs, and alcohol. To the young women, she advised them to stay away from sex only if they wish to finish their schooling.
