PREMIX FUEL AUTOMATION SYSTEM SITE VISIT

The DCE paid a monitoring visit to the Tapa Landing Beach  Committees (LBCs) site at Tapa Amanfrom to acquaint herself with the progress of work done so far.

The foreman of the project, Mr. Eric…. welcomed and conducted her around the 50% complete facility, which has a central septic tank but has four individual toilets, bathrooms,  polytank stands, fuel tanks, and an office for all four  LBC sales points.

The foreman of the project told her that the company, Fuel Automation Ghana Limited, is on schedule and that they have done three weeks of their scheduled completion time of two months. the DCE was pleased with work done and bade he and his workmen farewell. 

Bowiri Kwamekrom

In another development, she stopped by the ongoing Kwamekrom Premix Fuel Automation  site, and the story was the same as the above.

The above projects when completed, will increase efficiency and transparency, eliminate the malfeasance associated with the sales of the greatly subsidized premix fuel. The government of H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo pays 50% of all premix fuel distributed in the country. The Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development will provide owners of outboard motors with Bio-data cards in order to access the blend.
